Returns & Shipping
So, my policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your order arrives, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers must pay for shipping to return items.
If the item you purchased arrived to you and is defected, please use the contact page to email and have a replacement shipped to you asap. Replacement policy lasts 30 days after an item has been received. Elita does not cover items broken after 30 days. Refunds are available if preferred, customers are eligible for refunds of item cost excluding shipping. If only a chain is defected, customers are eligible for a $10 return.
Earrings and clothing items are not eligible for returns.
Make sure the address you provide is correct, any orders lost because of insufficient address will not be covered by Elita. There will be no refunds for items lost because of wrong addresses. Claims can be opened in case of items lost.
Elita is not responsible for tracked orders that get lost or stolen (so long as they are marked as delivered). Mail is out of Elita's control once it is shipped.
If an order is returned to my PO Box, it is the customers responsibility to pay for the shipping cost to have the order reshipped. The customer also has an option to be refunded for the cost of their order excluding the shipping fee. Thanks <3
